Comptroller

We are looking for an experienced Comptroller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance

  • Support month-end and year-end close process

  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

  • Additional controller duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller

  • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

  • Advanced degree in Accounting

  • CPA or CMA preferred

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

  • Experience with creating financial statements

  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Book travel arrangements

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Director of Operations

Director of restaurant operations is a position found in most areas of the hospitality industry. At RP Food Group of Florida the Director of Operations are in charge of a variety of different tasks, but the primary focus is to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. The responsibilities include overseeing employees, improving customer satisfaction, developing and conducting training, and other managerial duties. You will have to inspect various facilities and you may be in charge of several locations in our restaurant chain. 

Requirements

  • Must have the training, experience and ability to direct the total food service operation;

  • Must have knowledge of large quantity meal preparation, menu planning and completing state, federal and local reports;

  • Must have purchasing, strong human relations, communication and business management skills; and,

  • Must meet any additional qualifications set by the company

Director of Marketing & Advertisement

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

Requirements
